March 15th was the deadline to “Opt-Out” of CalRecycle Debris Removal Program. If you are already in the CalRecycle Program, you may not “Opt-Out” to the Alternative Debris Removal Programs.However, if you are not signed up for either program, you may still submit an Alternative Work Plan.
